Skill can not be learned in a class room, but only attained through experiential learning, by going through hand-on experience on the shop floor of industry. Teaching in the class room enhances the
knowledge, which through regular practical training results into know-how. The learning outcome of know-how through repeated hand on working practice, is skill.
